Nadia Ross and Christian Lapointe had been in an intense dialogue about art and life for some time when they came to the startling realization that porn culture, a corollary of the society of spectacle, has invaded every aspect of society and is now virtually inescapable. From foodporn to shoeporn, from toolporn to selfies, everything has become pornographic. How can we escape the porn culture labyrinth, when it is both the dominant popular aesthetic and a relentless force exerting ever-greater influence over our daily lives? Struggling with this issue, which throws even their own practices into question, Lapointe and Ross embark on an adventure to explore the mechanisms of porn.
