Musée de la civilisation offers several exhibitions and concepts for presentation or adaptation in the Canadian cultural network and abroad.
The projects developed by Musée de la civilisation are fueled by a constant desire to innovate, to be creative and thereby reach a wide audience. Our institution stands apart, particularly for its thematic approach, its use of the latest multimedia processes and its constant attention to the quality of the visitor experience.
A variety of formulas are available – turnkey projects including content, museology and educational activities; adaptations of exhibitions; concepts that can be developed.
The Museums On the Road – The innovative exhibitions developed by Musée de la civilisation have travelled as much in the Québec and Canadian network as elsewhere in the world, on five continents. They have been shown in many institutions from the East coast to the West in Canada, from the United States to Japan, and from Scotland to Senegal. Driven by the desire to share its cultural project here and abroad, touring exhibitions remains a priority for Musée de la civilisation.
A Variety of Possibilities - Musée de la civilisation offers projects with a variety of themes and approaches to fit spaces of different sizes and shapes. We can offer an exhibition as a turnkey project or à la carte, where the host institution chooses the services it needs. The Musée also sells exhibition concepts that can be adapted to the host institution's requirements.
